Physiotherapist -Leeds

You will be working 40 hours each week,

Responsibilities:

  • Work with patients who have a variety of conditions, sometimes over a period of weeks or months.
  • Make a clinical assessment & diagnosis in order to treat their physical condition Design & review clinical management plans that encourage exercise and movement by the use of a range of techniques.
  • Advise patients on leading a healthy lifestyle medicine, long term strategies, and clinical techniques.
  • Assist the team in planning, coordinating, delivering and evaluating the physiotherapy service.
  • Interpret and analyse clinical and nonclinical facts to form accurate diagnosis and prognosis in a wide range of conditions.
  • To actively participate in the in-service training programs, tutorials, individual training sessions, external courses and peer review.
  • Accept clinical responsibility for designated caseload of patients, and organize the work effectively and efficiently.
Salary: £29,000 - £29,500

We are looking for a Senior Support Worker to join us. We are looking for a suitable candidate for this position and in return we offer, challenging work environment, competitive salary and benefits, and rewarding career opportunities.

You will be working 44 hours each week.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting each service user in maintaining their personal cleanliness, general hygiene, and look as per individual care plans.
  • Assist in the creation of review reports, as well as to show up for reviews and other meetings as necessary.
  • Assist each person in self-behaviour management using the techniques and strategies that have been approved by Therapist, following the exercise and mobility care plans prescribed by Physiotherapist.
  • Assist in drafting risk assessments, care plans, and behaviour support plans as requested.
  • Make all possible efforts to protect each person from any abuse from guests or other service users, to create and maintain accurate reports and, when necessary, to maintain written or computer records for monitoring like IMS, safe guarding, notifying to manager, Informing clinical team, police, management and family as well.
Salary: £26,000 - £26,100
